So you've joined the 6 week Transformation Challenge but are really not sure where to start when it comes to exercise and would like a bit more personalised help.
I'm running 2 Bootcamp style group fitness sessions a week via zoom, so you can do it all in the comfort of your own home and don't require any gym equipment.
Tuesday - 10am
Thursday - 10am
Workouts will be recorded so if you miss one you can do it on the replay. However to get the most out of your sessions, and so that I can see and correct your form it's best to be there in person.
Classes will go for approx 30min, so we're in and out before you know it and really, there's not many excuses left is there. ;)
I could talk it up all day, but really you know it's a mean deal, and you'll get so much more out the challenge by coming along.
And at just $5 a session, it's crazy not to really.
